Natividad d.o.o.
Natividad is an accounting and advisory team based in Split, supporting entrepreneurs from their first business idea through mature and complex business decisions. We do not want to be merely a place where documents are delivered. We want to understand the person, the business and the goal they want to achieve.
The company is led by Lea Rajković, MSc — accountant, certified investment project specialist, court expert in accounting and finance, and mediator. Her work combines the precision required for numbers and facts with an understanding of people, relationships and the real needs behind each business decision.
We work with businesses at every stage. For founders, we turn an idea into numbers and understandable steps, while our ongoing accounting work is built on precision, continuity and strong team organisation. When a matter requires broader analysis and the connection of financial data, regulations and business context, the director assumes professional leadership and responsibility, supported by the team according to the area and complexity of the task.
